Great News! Now how do I get hold of these awesome hubs in Mainland China? I have tried contacting the Taiwan office several times but never a response.

How do I get ahold of a pair of side drum brake hubs? Anyone in the USA selling them? Is there any way I can find prices?

Have your local shop contact United Bicycle Supply in Ashland Oregon or Midwest Bicycle Supply in Minnesota. Both are distributors who carry these hubs so any of your local shops can get it through them. You however cannot purchase from them as they will only sell to a Bike Dealer.
Does this mean the S3X is available now?

I just purchased a new XRK8, and surprised it has 325% range instead of 305%.
I'm happy with that but I think you should update the website because it still shows the old products and no link to the new catalogs:
